    It looks to be XF. Probably somewhere in the $60- $75 neighborhood depending on the buyer.

    I fear the coin has suffered a cleaning in the last. The areas of black toning are far too sharply defined at the edges, and don't cover enough of the coin (where it's seen) to seem "original" to me. It's as if it were dipped to the extent the previous owner dared, and it still wasn't enough to remove all the black. I speak from personal experience here.

    I am unsure if the yellowish cast is a white balance issue in the image, or also toning. If this coin has that yellow-brown toning on top of the black, you may conclude with certainty that it's been cleaned and retoned.

    The color looks off like an old cleaning that's retoned. The luster is dead too. Xf I'd say

    There is no mintmark, it's a Philie......
    Seller wants 100 Dollars.
    In first sight the coin looks attractive, but I don't like the black areas, too.

    I will stay away, thanks for your advice.
