    Is this a food polett? I can not find info anywere. Porslain? value?

    Strange. I have seen photos of such tokens (Swedish: pollett, Danish: polet) before, but they are usually metallic, and both sides are designed. Hmm. Here are some similar pieces ...

    ... but not made from porcelain. Seems that they have something to do with mining; tokens issued for mine workers? Guess that "stich" or "stigh" is an old unit, and "kohl" could be cabbage. Not sure though. Another option, in case you don't get any helpful replies here, would be to ask the Swedish Token Society: http://www.pollett.se/

    It look like a mining token but is not in kopper as usual. I do not have it in my hands so its hard to know for sure the material.
    If someone else knows more please write.
