Very nice coin! I grade on UK standards and that would get Good Fine to about Very Fine I think - there are a few digs in the fields and the edge has a few small knocks, but the overall appearance is good. In case you are interested I believe that is Obverse 3 and Reverse B making it Freeman 501 - given scarcity "R2". Nice Freebie!
