    I believe there is edge lettering, which makes a difference. Perhaps you could type it.

    Just checked, not gonna make a lot of difference.

    10 years ago I'd have said this was a $30-$40 dollar coin, but I'm sure they've gone up along with everything else...

    1897 has two varieties of edge lettering. Yours has LXI which is normally valued around 50% higher than the LX version. .925 silver gives it a bullion value of around 17 Euros
