I normally hang around in the World coins section, but I have been brought 3 older coins for assessment in the market. I know a bit but not enough!
This is the second one. Appears to be a Vespasian Sestertius but I can't find a match in Sear, and it looks a bit "too good to be true". Any thoughts? Measures about 31mm and weighs 22.4g.

Thanks - that was my thought, but I thought I ought to check.
