Vermont quarter possible error

    I can't find anything out there for this except for a sign the quarter I have has the exact same thing in the middle of the coin as the sign can any one explain this​

    I'm pretty sure there is only one listed Philly reverse doubled die for this coin ( in the branches ). Listed at www.doubleddie.com. As far as clashes go, I have no clue. Pics of course, are needed.
