Various Unknown Coins?

These came with some old Annam coins and were taped to a rotted out carton binder displaying the different Annam types. Are these they or are these nay?

This coin may have been etched by some bored guy and singular in it's field or may have been a series of etchings done at a particular time or by a random group of people with a similar purpose, say like the "Hobo" nickels. Does anyone know or know of similar etchings?

I figured as much, but what I'm after is not so much the obvious. I'm trying to find some specific info such as: who designed it? what mint? it's political purpose (was it made to reinforce nationalism due to the current governments political situation)? is it in a medal or token catalogue? and so on.
