This is my dad's collection and he unknowingly cleaned these up with harmful cleaners. The coins are damaged with a lot of scratches. Does anyone know if these still have any value and if people will still buy it?

Coins cleaned like that often lose 50-80% of any value they had before the cleaning. Most of them would be worth melt at this point.

I would agree!, Anything that has been cleaned or polished up typically loses
Over half it value, I collect firearms as well, have an old 1878 Colt in its
Original state, Worth way more left untouched!!
