Welcome to Coin Talk. Without a serial number and condition OR a photo, the best I can guess is $10.00.
Welcome! With paper money, you need more info than just the series. Folks will need the serial # and approximate condition to offer any info. But as Steve said, a photo would be best.
it doesnt even look like it has been used ever, its real crisp. i assume its A series or whatever cause the A's on it serial number is H07059886A
I don't know much of anything about paper money, but wanted to point out that considering how crisp you say it is, and its age makes me think that it may have come out of someone's collection. Or someone had been holding on to it for many years and on a whim decided to spend it. Just a thought. As for value, let's see what some of the others say about it. Chances are very good that someone in the forum will know.
It looks like there is a fold in the center and possibly another from the top left corner. I would say it is worth $12 to $15, but I am no expert.
It is the sort of note I keep as emergency money. I will save those old bills, usually the 1934s and sometimes the 1950's, but spend them if something comes along that I cannot live without. The only ones I keep keep keep are the replacement or star notes.
Maybe $15-$20 if you sleeve it. In the best condition you might get $35-$40. But it better be flawless and centered.
The "A" in the serial does not denote a series of a note, but is simply tied to the block of notes printed. These will go through the alphabet and have no meaning. The first letter, "H" corresponds to the Federal Reserve Bank and can be tied to the black seal on the left side.
