I’ve had this low grade natural wear 1965 Washington quarter for awhile. I haven’t seen any with this amount of natural wear and I’m wondering about its “lowball” value.

    Thoughts?

2026 Red Book does not go below F-12 @ .40 cents. Can you imagine where yours would come in at. If you are thinking low ball, I'll give you a worn-out nickel for it, I'll even give you my word that it's worth 5 cents, Scouts Honor! If my mom lets me.

I'm afraid the damage on the reverse would prevent it from getting a straight grade. Lowball collectors want only straight grades, I think.

Not worn enough for a P01 grade and as Jeff B stated it would not straight grade anyway. Images are from PCGS and are graded FR02.
