My mother has two trade dollar coins that were given to her about 30 years ago. They are in plastic cases, but doesn't know the year. (She is here visiting.) Any idea how much a real (not fake) coin would be worth? Are the fakes worth anything? Thank you for your help. Maybe when she gets home she will go online and join cointalk!
It depends on date, mint mark and the condition of the coin Trisha. I have seen Trade dollars sell for from $20 to almost 1 million. Post pics
