looking for the value of a misprinted 1985 five dollar bill. on the front of the bill the left serial number and federal reserve seal are on top of the the treasurers signiture. the right serial number is over the wash d.c. word and treasury seal is over the secretarys signiture. thank you to any and all who reply.
It sounds like a minor misregistration of the third printing. It shouldn't have been issued, but is so relatively slight an error it won't command much premium.
