    Hey all,

I have been doing some research on this 1963 $5 bill I purchased, and considering selling it. I'm familiar with the value of the star note itself, but I'm not sure how much the binary factor adds to the note; I've never been keen on interesting serial numbers. But I think the fact that because we're only dealing with 0s and 1s in the serial number, it should be favorable among binary fans.

    Here are the pics:

In my opinion, I would grade it a Fine 15.

How much would you pay for a bill like this?

    Thanks!

A 1963 $5 LT Star in VF is worth somewhere between $15-$20 at best....Im not sure how much, if any, value would be added because it is a binary. The value/price of notes in this condition are usually determined by the current marketplace. If someone really wants it, then there's no telling how much they are prepared to pay.

Edited to Add; Personally I do not collect binaries, and would not be inetrested in this popular note in this condition (fine).
