Any body knows how rare a USA quarter with Washington’s portrait impressed on both sides is? I haven't been able to find the "name" the coin collectors special jargon use to describe the errors on coins on this coin. And I Haven't found any other coin like mine on eBay or Amazon or other coins selling place! Any impute or help related to this coin will be very helpful and appreciated! Thank you in advance.

The best quality photos you can muster of both the obverse and reverse of your coin would be very helpful.

Usually referred to as a "Magician's Coin".

There are very few examples of legit coins that have 2 heads or 2 tails.
Either it has been produced by squeezing another head onto the tails with pliers or a vise, or as was mentioned in the thread a magicians coin. A coin is doctored in order to put a different coin on the other side, or, a 2 headed or 2 tailed coin.

Give us a picture and I'm sure someone can give you a definitive answer. Otherwise we are just guessing.

It is not a real coin...no such mint produced coin exists.

Actually the mint has produced a few coins with tails on both sides and heads on both sides. I believe chicanery was involved in the production of those coins, but they have sold for large amounts of money.

...Also one member posted a quarter a few months ago which was the result of a capped die (one side was mirrored). I tried to use the search engine to find thread to no avail.. It's a really cool coin. So, impossible- no; improbable- yes.

Midnight shenanigans are NOT mint produced coins..they are misconduct by employees..... No two headed Washington quarter was ever produced by the U.S. Mint.

A brokerage has nothing to do with midnight shenanigans. It is the result of another coin getting stuck to a die and forming a cap. Thus leaving the impression on future coins until it is caught or dislodges on it's own.

I believe you mean 'brockage'...and that is an easily determined error... it is NOT a two headed coin.

I'm not really here to argue the semantics of what qualifies a coin to be considered an "error coin"... I just wanted to add to Michael's point that real two headed coins and coins with the appearance do exist. Thus a broad blanket statement such as yours might mislead some who may stumble on this thread in the future.

I also want pictures when OP states, "I Haven't found any other coin like mine on eBay or Amazon or other coins selling place." ...Seeing how there is a thread stickied to this forum on magician coins(... and who-knows-how-many for sale on ebay).. 99.99% of the time it's a magicians coins.. but I think that .01% is well worth further inquiry regarding something so unique.

There are two known Two-Tailed Washington Quarters,
    One known Two-Tailed Roosevelt Dime

Two known Two-Headed Jefferson Nickels, with die damage
    when struck.

These have been authenticated by PCGS and/or NGC
