    Looks like a minor grease filled die not truly special still decent.

    It looks like something scraped away the leg and further damaged the top crossbar of the "E" by moving from the southeast to the northwest. My vote is PMD.

    At the bottom of the missing leg of the R you can see a small rounded bump. This leads me to believe it’s PMD.
