US open (hazeltine national golf club) gold coin (ball marker?)

found in a local grocery store here in arkansas... just need to know what it is and its value if any

I just checked the player roster for the 1991 U. S. Open, and the name wasn't on it. It could be that it is a souvenir ball marker.
