Does anyone else get this. When I see a mint product I want but I Know that the hassels will make it almost not worth the effort?

My only problem was that I ordered a 2005 mint set, and recieved a Marine dollar......not really a problem at all.... :)

I buy Mint items from coin dealers. It saves me the the hassle of ordering them from the mint.

My only problems with the Mint are that the website always jams up for hours or days when a limited quantity, popular coin or set is first released, and that it took two and one-half months to get my Marine Corps dollar. I am also a bit upset at the amount of the surcharge on rolls and bags, just because they are Mint-packaged.

Not really a big problem with the U.S.Mint. If the item is on back order I just wait and be patient. When I get impatient I call the mint to try and see what is going on.

My problem is the spots on the Sac dollars. They do not inspect the coins before sending them out (and if they do the inspectors are on drugs). Commems are usually great but pr and mint sets are trash with an aprx 33% defect rate.
