I had 2 orders places online for me and neither came yet. I called the mint and checked online and it says the orders are on hold. Why is this? One was placed at the beginning of October. I called the mint last week and they said it would ship soon but it still says on hold. Any idea why? The shipping address is different then billing but IDK. Never had a problem.
