Imagine my surprise when I checked the Mint website and I was able to access my order history. And it is accurate! I think? Hope the "problems" are corrected. Anyone see mistakes?
i don’t know yet at this time, i checked my order history and my five most resent orders are not yet posted. i telephoned the us mint and used the automated tracking, and the automated reponses was that my order/s is being processed. my earliest order out of the five was placed 11/5/08 and the latest was 3/5/09. I will asap speak with a human being (got tired of waiting on hold) at the mint to attempt to ease my concerns.
Us mint tracking or lacking? YES I WAS SIGNED IN, ALTHOUGH THE ORDERS WERE PLACED PRIOR TO ME HAVING AN “ACCOUNT PROFILE”. IN THE PAST I PLACED ORDERS WITHOUT AN “ACCOUNT PROFILE” VIA US MINT INTERNET SITE AND/OR PHONE. THEY DO SHOW MY HISTORY FROM JULY 2000 THRU NOVEMBER 2008 AND ALSO I HAVE ORDERED FROM THE USM PRIOR TO JULY 2000. I HAVE NOT MADE ANY ORDERS SINCE THE CREATION OF MY “ACCOUNT PROFILE”… DID I SAY I HAVE NOT MADE ANY ORDERS SINCE THE CREATION OF MY “ACCOUNT PROFILE”. I SAY THIS BECAUSE OF THE STATEMENT SHOWN BELOW FROM THE US MINT. ---“YOU’RE MOST CURRENT ORDER APPEARS AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE. YOUR ORDER HISTORY WILL INCLUDE ANY PURCHASES THAT YOU HAVE MADE ONLINE SINCE THE CREATION OF YOUR MY ACCOUNT PROFILE. FUTURE PURCHASES MADE BY MAIL, PHONE, OR FAX MAY NOT BE REFLECTED IN YOUR ONLINE ORDER HISTORY.”--- I SPOKE WITH AN ASSISTANT AT THE USM OTHER THAN THE AUTOMATED RESPONSE AND THAT PERSON KINDLY TOLD ME THAT MY ORDERS ARE BEING POSSESSED…I MEAN PROCESSED AND THAT MAYBE MY ORDERS ARE NOT SHOWN BECAUSE OF A “DIFFERENT CARRIER”. EVERYTHING SEEMS FOR ME TO BE IN ORDER AND I WILL BE AT EASE AT LAST KNOWING THAT MY FIVE ORDERS ARE TO BE FULFILLED. I WAS JUST JOKING ABOUT MYSELF OR MY ORDER BEING POSSESSED.
