Hi Everyone, I ordered several items from the us mint a couple of weeks ago or so. They've been showing as "In Stock and Reserved" for a week now. How long does it take to actually get the items out the door if they're in stock. I could understand if they were back ordered but this is ridiculous. I've ordered from Amazon, for example, and if it's in stock it takes them maybe a couple of days to ship it out. Instead of offering all these "numismatic" items that no one could ever hope to keep up with maybe the should scale back and use some of that money to improve their customer service. Has anyone else had this type of issue? Thanks for reading
Unfortunately, I think just about everyone has had/is having this issue. I placed an order on the 28th of Feb. and finally received my coins a few days ago. It said "In Stock and Reserved" for a couple weeks before they even shipped them. My best advice to you is to just forget about it until it shows up on your doorstep. I called several times and all I got was the runaround, so just forget about it and save yourself the headache.
i've had "In Stock and Reserved" from march 17th on three orders if i would have known i would have combined them
