UPDATE: Is my 1928 Peace Dollar Real?

    For everyone who viewed and posted on the original thread (http://www.cointalk.com/t199105/), I took the coin to a silver dollar expert today who confirmed that it is a real 1928.:hail:

    I think your "silver dollar expert" needs to take a remedial course in detecting obvious counterfeits.
