I was looking at a clear roll of quarters at work and saw a solid edged one. Taking it out of the roll thinking it was silver. It was not. I kept it any way thinking it was odd. It is the correct weight. Wondering if it is just unusual, or something else. 100_2444.jpg 100_2428.jpg 100_2435.jpg

Could be plated, if so, I hate when littleton and other companies color of plate in gold or silver... Because it RUINS THE COIN!

I found one like that before too. It was definitely clad. I know as soon as a silver coin hits my hand. I was gonna keep it but somehow it ended up in my change that went back to the bank. Besides mine ur the only other person I know to have found one. Try to Google it. U might find more info.

I found a Utah state quarter, looks to have no copper in it. I have looked all over net trying to see if there were any mentions about anything similar. It's not silver, it's too "heavy"....
