From what I can tell with a 5x glass..I have the outward facing Qtr that has the "B" in Liberty where the lower portion of of the b looks like it is filled...if so then maybe a grease filled dye....also the WV Qtr has what appears to be mid sized areas of metal that looks rough and below the normal strike finish of the coin..just noticed this when looking at rolls over the weekend...anyone else seen this?
