    okay in order:
    The 1957 D's are strike doubling, no premium.

    1956 D, repunched MM.

    solo 1957 D, you marked:
    Case Marked:
    1957D
    Micro Double Date
    noss
    nothing, but possible die chip in date.

    The 1955, with weak last 5, not a D, just possible greased die.

    1960 D, repunched Mint mark (RPM)


    1941 slanted 1, damage from a counting machine.

    The 56-D looks like an RPM1. A 10 dollar bill easy...
