Its not unusual but I thought was interesting. I was looking through some foreign coins I have and noticed one of them were not listed in Krause. It is a (2004) 500 Bolivares from Venezuela.
I didn't know that one was not listed in Krause. But then, it wouldn't be the only one. The 2004 500 bolivars is the last issue of the denomination, before the currency was 'adjusted' by 1/1000.
