    Does it have another side or is that the best? Despite its probable age, another for the silver scrap bag methinks.

    Seems to be a French one, eighteenth century, but the pic is really bad.....louis 15 maybe....

    Need better picture, the other side as well would be nice, a size reference would also be helpful, but it looks like British silver, I think William III. no idea what denomination without a size reference.

    Like everyone else, I would say French or British (though I lean more towards British), but such a small photo of one side of such a worn coin is difficult to identify.

    William III of England ... late 1600's ..... need size to determine denomination.
