Just about impossible but it does have a Flavian appearance to the portrait. Maybe Vespasian. BTW, its an As, not a Dupondius. Dupondii have a radiate crown, the As a laurel wreath.
I should add, though, that I would never positively ID a coin based on a guess like that. I'd just label it something like "Roman AE As, 1st-2nd century A.D." Then I'd find some kid to give it to in the hope of getting him or her excited about ancient coins.
