Unknown foreign coin

    Need some help on this one. Where was it made ? Looks to be of silver, but don't know for sure. Is it a keeper ?

    Hi ! Willieboy,

    Just to be clear, The coin is a Syrian Nickel or is it made of nickel ?
    Is the value one pound ?

    Coin is made of nickel.
    2005 exchange rate US $1 is 58 Syrian pounds.

    It is Syria KM# 109, it's value is one pound and is made of nickel.
