There are just two coins here front and back. They are about the size of a penny and quarter. I got these coins from my great grandfather and really cant find any information about them. I am just trying to figure out if they are worth anything and what they are made out of, how old or where they are from? Any info would be amazing! Thank you all very much for your time! Jason

Both are from the Republic of China. The right one is a 20 cents silver coin from Guang Dong / Kwang Tung Province, issued in 1920. The left one is a 5 cents nickle coin from the central goverment, issued in 1936.
    Hope this help!

    Republic of China, aka, Taiwan.

The profile on the one looks like Dr. Sun Yat Sen (also on the current and past New Taiwan (NT) $1 dollar coin = 3-4 cents US).

I would also add, the Chinese characters indicate 9 and 25 years from the establishment of the Republic of China, which occurred in 1911. Thus the years given by previous posts of 1920 and 1936.

Also, I would say the 1936 (20 cent?) coin has English on the one side because the US had a large influence on the ROC and even gave aid, militarily and money, during WW II.
