It looks like a "Readers Digest (tm) Token" that they often used in their subscription mailing. I have a few in aluminum? vey light metal? and also in plastic, both silver colored and gold colored. I don't remember where I put them or I could do better comparison. I agree with Bone that it is a private token and of little or low value.IMO.
