Unknown coin?

    I recently inherited a huge variety of old coins, including this one that I have not been able to identify. Does anyone know of this coin, or at the where it originates?

    haha, I have a smaller coin with the same guy on it, I was thinking maybe the design was backwards


    EDIT: It looks to me as if he took the picture with a webcam, I've noticed sometimes webcams like to display images backwards
