Unknown Coin/token EBS Parlor

Its probably not at all valuable or rare I'm just curious of its origin and use. I have found a token in a parking lot today that clearly says in plain english Parlor across the upper curve on both sides and then the initials E B S in the middle of the coin on both sides. If someone could help me out with some info that would be great. Thank you lots. By the way I'm located in Central Texas if that helps at all.
