    The script on the right does not look like an arabic variety, the script on the left could be sindhi or similar

    this is not a coin. obverese is picture of gaddafi and reverse written "ya rabb" rabb is other name of allah - the meaning of ya rabb is my god

    Probably commemorative of some event? Maybe when he came to power?

    And possibly a smaller mintage localized issue and there is not much in the way of a reference for this sort of thing.
