What you have is a silver jubilee medal marking the 25th anniversary of the coronation of George V. May 6,1910 to May 6,1935. Yours has a different method of hanging than the one I located. This one might have been intended for wearing on a necklace. There were several different official medals. Here is a better one from eBay that still has the official ribbon attached.
