Unknown 27mm Asian Coin - Help!

    Had this come into my possession a few days ago. Have done some web search to no avail. Can any of you guys help me figure out what this is? I tried looking for China and Taiwan, but to no avail. I'm really terrible with the Asian stuff. I've got some Chinese dragon dollars too, but at least I can find some information regarding them.
