Since I first saw the $1 USN, I've been hooked on these Red Seals! I don't know why I like them so much, perhaps because of the contrast between the red and the green notes (All my life, I had never seen a note that was not solid green until the multi-color redesign!) or maybe because it was just so different to what I was used to. Either way, I like them, and I am working on a type set...I probably won't be able to afford a $1 Star Note so a complete set is out of the question, unless of cource it's a complete rag and missing parts of it! I inherited this note. It's one of the notes that, when I inherited them, is what caused me to start collecting currency! I just bought this note last week! It's the latest addition to my collection...not counting the $20 Star my mom found and gave me yesterday, this is the latest addition I set out to get I purchased this one off of another message board earlier this year, my oldest Star note!
Nice notes! I prefer the contrast of the blue and green on the Silver Certs... but i have never turned my nose up at a red seal either lol
