http://www.mediafire.com/view/?s9o6pfq1c7msy1f A few days ago, I found a 2001 $1 that someone signed above the Fed seal. It doesn't look like any Treasurer or Secretary of the Treasury. Is it anybody famous or just some random person? I can best transcribe it as 'Manay RM Henz'.
