I have a very large English Medal I can't identify. Any help identifying it, would be greatly appreciated.

King George II of England died on Oct 25, 1760 and his son George III inherited the throne the same day. This is likely an unofficial coronation medal of George III (GEORGIVS TERTIVS). The reverse translates to Luck/Success of Britain. Britannia in the guise of the Roman goddess Felicitas appears on the reverse. However, the traditional caduceus on the staff has been replaced by a cap.

    Wonderful medal!
