It's hard to blame the Mint for "messing up*" because the alternative is breaking the law. Mabey you or I could get away with it but I'm guessing that Congress frowns on government institutions that disregard their legislation. *paraphrased from the article. PS: I'm just talking about selling though APs.
I don't think Congress would buy into this and the reality of the 5 oz pucks is that they've been hyped to the roof and folks are going to lose money on these within the next year. Big money.
