Undated Wheat Penny (D-Mint)

    No idea what year this penny is, it looks like when it was made it "swirled"

    Looks like post-mint damage. Maybe a clearer shot would help.

    The penny obviously had a date when minted (you can see "1" and "0"), this is post mint damage.
