I recently bought an uncirculated Canadian 2004 poppy quarter and the pink ribbon quarter, almost at face value. Just out of curiosity, I was wondering how much are these coins worth, if anything more than their face value?

I wouldn't think so unless they are in a proof set or something similar. I see them in circulation all the time.

The mintage s fairly high on these, so it's only worth face right now.

That said however, the pink wears off those ribbons fairly quickly in circulation (same goes for the red poppies and other colored designs), so who knows how much an uncirculated, full color version will be worth in the future.

I didn't know that the color wears off that easy. I bought the coins solely due to their uniqueness, and because they are quite different from the circulation coins here in the US.

Keeping my fingers crossed for their value in the future!

Last year I bought 2 uncirculated rolls of the Pink Ribbons at $14 each. I put them in 2X2 flips. I used them to raise $ for my Company's annual campaing to raise money for Breast cancer Awareness. I sold several for $5 each, some for $10 each, and even got a $20 donation from my main coin dealer. Raised over $500 for a $28 investment, which i donated. I believe MS63 is worth about $12.
