    A general rule of thumb I've learned for coins is if there is damage that you can replicate form putting the coin on the ground and rubbing it around under your foot its generally not mint damage.

    Lol might sound obvious to collectors but if you're new just think if you can replicate it easily its probably Post mint damage (PMD).

    Even if its damaged on the floor st the Mint, it's not an error. It is post minting damage.

    I picked up a dime in a local parking lot about 3 months ago that looked a lot like that dime.
