    Hi!

I have just recently started collecting the large British pennies. I want to have an album to put them in. Rather than use 2x2 flips in a three ring binder I was hoping to have something like a Whitman classic or Danco album. Does anybody know where I can find one? Or does anyone know if the large British penny is the same size as a US half dollar? I could create my own Whitman classic with blank half dollar pages if they're the same size.

    Thanks ahead of time.

Thanks. I've moved away from the push in type folders. I like to see both sides of the coins.

If you are referring to the predecimal pennies of the 20th century then the diameter is 31mm. The half dollar is 30.6 mm so that would be a little too small. Instead of trying to match this to a specific US coin I would suggest just getting a blank Danso folder and looking for blank pages closest to 31mm. I know pages are available in many sizes but I could not tell if there is one at exaclty 31mm.
