ugly 1982d with doubled eye?

first photo post and new to this, any feedback please? And thankyou in advance (it is an ugly found in the back of a used car, but the cheeky eye still made me smile)

Just a one cent coin with maybe some sort of damage, die break or strike thru. is all I see.

 

And a close up of the eye would also help
