Evidently, you are helping them to make money. They are wrong, they do have something to sell, but not to you, but the mint. How much do they pay you for this? I also do not see anything that the mint asked them to do this, they are just sphearfishing for data to bundle and sell the mint. IMOl https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Analysts
The mint does do these surveys sometimes, I dunno if this is from them or not but using that letter heading on the paper seems like it would be illegal if it wasn’t. Either way it’s a waste of time. They don’t listen or care what’s said they do what they want
That's what I needed to know; thanks. I naively thought that they might actually listen to someone telling them that the stuff they sell is overpriced and, well, not as good as it could be.
They also stop sending you them if you give them terrible reviews, seems like that’s why I stopped getting them anyway
