I was finally able to somewhat capture the color on this coin that resides in my type set. Feel free to comment on grade/eye appeal/ and the photos.

    Nice coin.
    Surfaces appear original.
Certainly AU, and a reasonably chance at MS, maybe as high as -63.

    Looks like you need either:
    - get your light source at a higher angle, or
    - use a second light setting them at about 10 and 2.
Need to get rid of the darker areas on the bottom of the images.
    Otherwise nice photos.

Thanks for the advice. These are the only pics in which I was able to capture the color, but I will try again shortly.

Well I do not know what kind of toning you are trying to capture, but I like it just the way it looks in these pictures. That a nice lusterous coin - around MS-64, but I am not an expert on these.

First of all, I like the coin and the photos -- you're way ahead of me on photography. I am no Lincoln maven but I would guess MS63 BN. The darker area on the obverse on the left side is a bit troubling although maybe it is just natural toning.

Thanks for the photos and enjoy it.

Well, it looks like I didn't capture the color as well as I thought...although I got more of it than on previous photos. The coin has very strong distinct blue/teal toning on the obverse on Lincoln's portrait from the neck down, and over the entire lower left hand portion of the obverse. The reverse is almost entirely covered with a light green/gold tone.

Here is a pic of the obverse in natural light.
