Has anyone put together a type set of odd denomination US coinage? I'm talking half cent, trimes, 3 cent nickels and twenty cent pieces. Am I missing any?

    What about 2-cent coins?
I've got them all as part of my type set.
    (Okay, not the $4 gold.)

I forgot about the 2 cent and hadn't even thought of the gold. Thanks!

5 cent isn't really odd, but half dimes are one of my faves. Like kanga, I was gonna say 2 cent. Plus, they were a short run of only 10 years. (I just started to put together a complete set of 'em in low grades.) The 20 cents are tough as they were a VERY short run, and prices are thru the roof.

Half dimes are neat and hard to find with eye appeal.
I completed (finally) a Capped Bust set of half dimes ranging from XF-40 to MS-62.
I have examples of the others for my type set except those in the 1790's.

And I have a full set of 2-cent pieces.
    They're XF-40 to MS-65.

Don't forget the 1/2 cents, they need love too.

it's not odd in the sense of the 2 or 20 cent pieces, but if we're talking about an antiquated set of coinage from yesteryear, I'd posit the large cent should be added to the mix.

I'm working on getting a one dollar and less type minus gold (can't afford that). Missing the 20 cent, half cent, and silver three, although I see a silver 3 center in my future....

i got 2 half cents. basal state 1795 C-6 and 1809. i would like a 20 cent piece because it has the trade dollar eagle but theyre on the expensive side. most other odd denominations arent that interesting.

Then there's the 15 cent fractional currency and even a 3 cent one.

And a lot of it depends upon HOW precise you want to define your types.
For instance, silver 3-centers come in three varieties.
You might decide to get one for the time being (Variety 2 is the least expensive) and in the future get the other two varieties.
    Make plans. Think it out.

Those 20 cent pieces can get expensive even for low quality items! Still working on my 7070 set and that one has been pricey when shopping around!

I guess you could consider the 2.50 quarter eagle an odd denomination
