Good afternoon! Found this two interesting looking thing in the coin area at a yard sale. Just want to know if they are even in fact coins or a piece of ornament that got mixed in with the the coin lot for sale. Thank you IMG_20170921_123630574_HDR.jpg IMG_20170921_123645744_HDR.jpg

Hard to tell from the photo but both appear to be cast replicas.

I think the coin on the right is supposed to be a Phase III Long cross penny of Henry III. The reference would be Spink 1365.

I saw an image similar to what I have. Pretty cool. Is it something of value?

I suspect it is not real.

    How can it be authenticated?

If you can, give clear photos of the edges of the coins.

Welcome to the forum, @Norman Asis ! The one on the left appears to be an imitation Judaean Bar Kochba Revolt coin.

Ones in this condition (not mine) go for close to $1000.

With these coins and all the other coins you posted.. did you ask the person who was selling them at the yard sale if they knew where they came from? If they were real or not? I hope you didn't pay too much for any of the coins you posted today.

I apologize for skipping the introduction and jumping straight to coin question.
Just picked up a variety of old coins this morning. Some were US currency, Canadian, Swiss and British coins. I posted some pics on the World coins forum. I hope that all of you check it out and give some advice on how to proceed with those lot. Thanks
