Type 1 error dime? blank planchet

    I found this in an old can of pennies. It appears to be a Type 1 blank planchet (no rim). It is slightly smaller and thinner than a penny, It appears to be some kind of copper, tin or zinc alloy. It is the exact diameter and thickness of a dime. It appears to be a type 1 die error missing cladding.
