These coins both suffer from what appears to be PMD.

The wheat cent (1919?) appears to have taken a dip in some kind of liquid.

The Zincoln is just the way they look when released into the wild. These coins are made so badly, that normal handling, sunlight and general oxygen makes these coins quickly discolor and erode right before your eyes.

I'd say the wheat cent (being well worn) is worth a good 3 cents to 5 cents... The Zincoln is worth one cent.
